Master of Science in Business Data Analytics: 

California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) offers students exceptional educational resources and dedicated faculty, preparing them to become future leaders in their fields. Through a unique collaboration between the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration and the College of Extended and Global Education, CSUSB offers a 1-year, STEM-designated Master of Science in Business and Data Analytics (MSBDA) program. The Jack H. Brown College is accredited by AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business), a distinction held by less than 6% of business schools worldwide.

Every day, vast amounts of data—related to customers, suppliers, operations, and financial transactions—are generated across multiple systems and managed by various stakeholders. Transforming this data into insights that enhance decision-making is a key challenge for businesses of every size, across all industries.                   

The 12-Month MS in Business Data Analytics is designed for students who want to:

• Excel in a high-demand, fast-growing field
• Gain real-world, applied experience through an education that blends business concepts with data science, focused on business applications
• Develop the skills to lead change and promote a culture of innovation and social responsibility

Our unique curriculum develops data storytellers and business strategists who are ready to make data-driven decisions that increase competitive advantage.

Graduates of the program will:

• Possess the technical and analytical skills—along with business insight—to solve complex challenges and create strategic solutions
• Use data analytics to optimize business operations and drive performance
• Apply modern data tools to support smarter, faster decision-making across organizational functions

NOTE: This program is delivered in person on the CSUSB campus. Students attend all courses face-to-face. International students who are admitted are eligible for an F-1 visa.

As a STEM major, it enables international students to apply for a 12-month post-completion OPT, with an additional 24-month OPT extension.
