CSUSB Omnitrans GoSmart Bus Program

CSU, San Bernardino has contracted with Omnitrans to fund FREE rides on both Omnitrans bus services and the sbX Buses for students, faculty and staff. Riders must have their Coyote One Cards present with them at all times. 

Omnitrans consists of 27 convenient fixed-routes. These routes provide safe, dependable, and environmentally friendly transportation throughout the San Bernardino Valley, covering 15 cities and portions of the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County. Omnitrans has several routes that arrive directly to CSUSB at the main entrance of our campus for your convenience. For more information on routes and times please visit Omnitrans.

CSUSB / VVTA Bus Program

CSU, San Bernardino has contracted with Victor Valley Transit Agency to fund FREE rides on all VVTA bus services for CSUSB students, faculty and staff. Riders must have their Coyote One Cards present with them at all times. VVTA's B-V Link bus route conveniently travels from the High Desert Area directly to the CSUSB campus and then on to several other stops around the Inland Empire.

VVTA consists of 32 convenient fixed-routes. These routes provide safe, dependable, and environmentally friendly transportation throughout the High Desert Area, covering multiple cities including Victorville, Adelanto, Apple Valley, Lucerne Valley, Barstow, Hesperia, Oak Hills, and more! PDC Sunline Haul Pass Bus Program

CSU, San Bernardino has contracted with Sunline Transit Agency to fund FREE rides on all Sunline bus services for CSUSB students, faculty and staff. Riders must have their Coyote One Cards present with them at all times.

SunLine's Fixed Route Network is comprised of 9 lines throughout the Coachella Valley. Their current system map is a culmination of a three-year redesign known as SunLine Refueled. SunBus uses technology to ensure they are communicating their location to riders, keeping their fleet efficient, and reducing travel times. CSUSB/PDC Commuter 10 Link Bus

CSU, San Bernardino has contracted with Sunline Transit Agency to fund a weekday service, Monday through Friday, that enables riders traveling to and from the Coachella Valley. Riders must have their Coyote One Cards present with them at all times. The roundtrip regional route, created in partnership with California State University San Bernardino, has a westbound schedule that begins at 5:20 a.m. and an eastbound schedule that begins at 8:45 a.m.

This 92 mile route begins with two stops in the Coachella Valley at the Sunline Indio facility and the Palm Desert campus. At the Beaumont bus stop, passengers will be able access buses connecting to Cabazon, UCR, Kaiser Hospital, VA Hospital, Loma Linda Medical Center, and numerous destinations served by Riverside Transit Agency, Beaumont Transit, and Banning Transit. The route continues, stopping at CSUSB main campus, and at the San Bernardino Transit Center and Metrolink station. At the San Bernandino Transit Center commuters are connected to OmniTrans and Metrolink services. For more information on routes and times please visit the 10 Commuter Link Service page.

Getting your mobile Student Adventure Pass is as easy as 1-2-3!

  • Register an account using your school email.
  • Verify your account via the confirmation email (check your spam folder) and you'll receive your Student Adventure Pass directly to your mobile to your mobile app wallet.

Grab your phone and valid student ID and you're good to go!

Additional Metrolink Programs: 

50% discount for low-income riders, swiping their EBT card at Metrolink ticket machines. 

Tickets are only available for purchase from Metrolink ticket machines.

• Metrolink tickets allow for free transfers on participating transit agency services in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties.

• Funds will not be deducted from the EBT card. The EBT card only validates that you qualify for the discount and an alternative form of payment is needed to complete a ticket purchase.

• Metrolink’s new low-income fare program is available now.
