A special permit/decal is required to park in carpool spaces and residential spaces. All CSUSB faculty, staff, students and guests must display a valid parking permit on vehicles parked on campus. All vehicles must park in authorized paved parking areas and only in spaces marked by limit lines as a parking space. Any exception to this instruction will be posted as such. Authorization to park otherwise can only be granted by the Parking Services Department.
*Vendor Permits: this permit is valid in any marked vendor or service vehicle space and any general parking space.
**All Access Permits: this permit is valid same areas as a Vendor permit plus timed zones, loading zones, sidewalks and inter-campus pathways (except for the no-drive zone) and adjacent to campus buildings. This permit may not park along designated red fire lanes, curbs or spaces, may not building ingress/egress, may not block ADA parking/paths of travel without a prior approval for construction purposes and pathway has been rerouted. This permit is not valid in faculty/staff spaces. This permit is not valid on turf or landscaping unless working as part of an active job site.
