The Department of Child Development offers a graduate degree in Child Development. This program is designed for students wishing to pursue careers in academia or as professionals in the field of early education and child development. Courses are offered in the evening and can lead to professional careers with children and families or to further graduate work (such as a Ph.D. program). This program takes an innovative approach to student's constructing their own knowledge of child development with opportunities to be involved in research and hands-on experiences with children and families.
