What is the Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT)?
The Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT) is an official record of extra-curricular activities, experiences, and achievements done outside of regular coursework. The CCT showcases a student's holistic development, emphasizing valuable skills that help them standout to employers or graduate programs.
What to include in your CCT?
Students are welcomed and encouraged to add any experience outside of the classroom that has helped them develop skills. The following are examples of involvements students might want to highlight in their CCT:
- Clubs and Organizations Participation (leadership roles, membership)
- Volunteer Work and Community Service
- Professional Development (Workshops, Seminars, and Trainings)
- Internships or Student Assistant Work Experience
- Awards and Recognitions (academic or extracurricular)
- Athletic Participation
- Events Attended on Campus

What are the benefits of a CCT?
A CCT can be used as an extension of a resume when applying for jobs or graduate programs. Employers and graduate schools look for well-rounded candidates, your CCT showcases skills like teamwork, leadership, community engagement, and time management, strengthening your application. Students participate in many activities during their academic journey and it can be difficult to remember it all. By documenting your co-curricular activities, you can reflect on your skills, achievements, and growth, helping you articulate these in interviews or personal statements.
How can I customize my CCT?
Your CCT is 100% customizable, you can add or remove items based on what you will be using it for. Unlike a resume, a CCT allows for a more holistic experience by allowing you to add reflections to those experiences. A reflection will allow you to express what you gained/learned from that experience.
