The mission of the Asian Faculty, Staff, and Student Association is to promote awareness of Asian/Pacific American culture - coordinate and promote activities leading to the betterment of Asian/Pacific Americans at CSUSB and beyond. 

The purpose of the Association of Latino Faculty, Staff, and Students (ALFSS) is to encourage the involvement of students, staff, faculty and administrators of the University community in issues pertinent to Latinos.

The mission of Black Faculty, Staff and Student Association (BFSSA) is to represent the interests of Black students, faculty, staff and administrators, and to support the academic mission of the university.

All CSUSB faculty, staff and students who share a common interest in the CSUSB LGBTQA Faculty, Staff and Student Association's mission and the CSUSB commitment to diversity are welcome to join!
