Career Pathway Programs
Career Pathways are a unique program developed by the Staff Development Center (SDC) and were designed to help CSUSB staff master the skills and competencies needed to navigate successful careers in various professions. Career Pathways are a cohort-based, blended-learning model (online, instructor-led, and experiences) and are hosted over the course of 9-10 months. They are intended for individuals currently working in the career path or aspire to work as a professional in this field. Participants are also given the unique opportunity to collaborate with fellow cohort members and receive continuous guidance from their assigned coach.
Program Overview:
- Type: Cohort Model, Blended-Learning
- Duration: 9-10 months
- Enrollment Criteria: Supervisor Notification & Accountability Forms, Statement of Intention
- Completion Requirements: Varies per Pathway. May include prerequisites, core components, technical components, modules, electives, and/or capstone project(s)
- Recognition: Certificate of Completion, Digital Badge, and/or Recognition Event

This pathway provides participants with information necessary to build your knowledge, skills, and abilities in preparation for a career in the finance and related fields.

Skilled Crafts Career Pathway
This Pathway is intended to help individuals understand and navigate a path towards a more rewarding career in Skilled Crafts at CSUSB. This Career Pathway was developed in collaboration with a member of the Skilled Crafts community and the SDC team at CSUSB.
