Once received, packages and other trackable mail are processed and can be picked up by residents on weekdays between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm.

If a student wishes to receive non-trackable mail and flats (for example, magazines and newspapers), a mailbox may be requested from the Resident Mail Room. These products will make students' rooms feel like home. Products range from bedding, storage and even room essentials! Order online at Dormify.

Care Packages

Care Packages

Parents and families of residents have opportunities before move-in and throughout the year to purchase Care Packages for their residents. The Residence Halls Association (RHA) partners with Dormify for the care package program, the nationwide leader of university fundraising programs, an organization committed to developing the potential of student and improving campus communities.

  • If care packages are ordered by the August deadline provided by Dormify, they are shipped to campus and distributed directly to residents by the Residence Halls Association. RHA will communicate with students regarding package distribution if they are receiving their package directly from RHA once the bulk delivery of packages for residents has arrived on campus.
