For room and apartment maintenance and repairs including furniture, appliances, plumbing, electrical, please submit a Maintenance Work Order!
Housing Maintenance Staff will promptly remedy maintenance and repair issues when a work order is submitted, Monday - Friday between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you experience a maintenance emergency after hours and/or during the weekend, contact the Student Leader On Duty.
Items considered maintenance emergencies include but are not limited to: major leaks, entry door lock failure, loss of power, plumbing issues.
We encourage residents who submit a work order to inform their roommate/apartment-mate(s) that Housing Maintenance staff will respond to address the issue.

Once logged in, select the "Room Maintenance" tab in the navigation bar to submit (you will only see this option if you are a current resident).
