Accommodations

The Department of Housing and Residential Education (DHRE) is able to provide overnight accommodations in our Villages: Coyote Village is our traditional residence hall; Arrowhead Village and University Village provide apartment-style housing.  Guest accommodations are offered during the Summer and space is based on availability.  We are only able to accommodate groups until August 1, 2025 as we need to prepare the Villages for Fall 2025 student housing move-in.

Services

During your stay on campus, the DHRE custodial staff will maintain all public areas in the Village communities, but guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the residence hall room or apartment-style bedrooms and bathrooms.  Groups may bring their own bed and bath linen or linen service may be requested for additional fees based on our vendor(s). A typical linen package may include: (1) twin flat sheet, (1) twin fitted sheet, (1) pillowcase, (1) bath towel, (1) washcloth, and (1) blanket.

There are laundry rooms located throughout the Village communities.  Laundry machines operate by smartphone using the PayRange app (available through the App Store or Google Play Center). Cost for a wash is $1.25 and $1.25 for a dryer cycle.
