This concentration will help you learn and practice the communication skills employers want, and the skills that will help you succeed in your career. These skills include: listening, writing, interpersonal communication, interviewing, networking, leadership, conflict management, and intercultural communication. The concentration leads to careers in a variety of fields, such as: human resources, sales & marketing, training & development, consulting, management, fundraising/development, recruiting, and dispute resolution. Finally, if you're interested in continuing your education now or in the future, Relational and Organizational Communication can prepare you for advanced degrees in law, business administration, as well as Masters' and PhD degrees in Communication Studies.
