​​​​​How do I go about receiving an Alumni email?

To obtain your Alumni email, send our office an email at alumni@csusb.edu with the following information: 

Full Name

Your Coyote ID

A personal email that is not associated with CSUSB

Our ITS Department has steps on their website on how to transfer all of your data from your student email to your alumni email. If you need to reactivate your student email you can reach out to at support@csusb.edu or (909) 537-7677.

How do I go about obtaining an Alumni Association Membership?

Sign up for your membership today through our website or come in to our office located in Administration Building room 121. We are open Monday – Friday from 8am-5pm.

What types of benefits come from having an Alumni Membership?

Benefits include free access to the Pfau Library, discount on Rec & Wellness membership, 25% discount at the Coyote Bookstore, discounted AAA rate, and so much more.

When I graduate do I automatically become a part of the Association?

No, to be a part of the Association you must sign up either online, in our office, or at Grad Days! We offer early sign up at Grad days so once you graduate, you are sent your membership card.

How do I prove that I am a part of the Association?

Once you have signed up, a membership card will be mailed to you or given in person if you come into our office.

If I am using the membership for a AAA discount, may I get an email confirmation once I sign up to show to my agent?

Unfortunately the only way to prove to a AAA agent that you are a part of the association to present them with your blue membership card. Due to confidentiality reasons we may not confirm, with an agent, anyone’s status over email or phone.

I forgot if I am in the Alumni Association. How can I check?

You may call our office at (909) 537-3700 or come in to Administration, Room 121 from the hours of 8am-5pm.

I lost my Alumni Association Membership Card. Is there any way to gain a replacement?

Of course! By coming into our office, we will be able to replace your card after confirming your identification through a photo ID. It is completely free!

How much does it cost to be part of the Alumni Association?

 If you have recently graduated within the year, it is completely FREE! For our other pricing options, please visit our website for more information.

How will I know when my Alumni Association will expire?

Your membership card will with an expiration date but just as a friendly reminder, we will send out an email reminding you to renew!

I need an Alumni email to access my Handshake account, how do I go about obtaining one?

I forgot my login information for my email account, how can I reset it?

We can reset your information for you over the phone at (909) 537-3700
