Thank you for your interest in purchasing an Alumni Center Tile. We are excited to see your name on our inaugural CSUSB Alumni Center Donor Wall!

In the following form, you will:

Select your Tile Size (with an option to add on a Lifetime Membership to the Alumni Association for a special bundle price!)
Enter your Information (and your spouse’s if you are purchasing a Dual Membership)
Indicate your areas of interest

Once you complete the form and checkout, you will receive an email from "alumni@csusb.edu" with a copy of your form submission. You will also receive a separate receipt email from “Auto-Receipt” (noreply@mail.authorize.net). Tile Selection

Please note that all payment plans will require an initial payment charged on the date of purchase followed by monthly payments charged automatically to the card on file until the balance is paid in full. Production of custom tiles will only begin once full payment is received. If payments stop before the balance is fully paid, the tile will not be produced.

Large tiles are white ( 10 in x 10 in) with 10 lines of text and 20 characters per line.

Small tiles are blue ( 8 in x 8 in) with 8 lines of text and 16 characters per line.

Please note that the pawprint watermark on the tile is reserved exclusively for lifetime members. Plain tiles will be available for non-lifetime members.
