Our pharmacy offers students a convenient, reliable, and personalized healthcare experience. Located right on campus, we provide easy access to prescription medications, over-the-counter products, and expert pharmacist consultations right here on campus.

Prescriptions
Prescription services are available only to CSUSB students. Prescriptions are accepted from CSUSB Student Health Center (SHC) providers as well as outside providers under state and federal law. Students may also get prescriptions filled by an outside pharmacy of their choice.
Prescription Refills
We can refill your prescriptions as long as there are remaining refills and the prescription has not expired. We can request refills on your behalf assuming we carry the medication at our pharmacy. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response from your provider. In some cases, you may need to contact your provider to schedule another appointment.
Prescription Transfer
Prescriptions written at the SHC can be transferred to any pharmacy of your choice by:

Pharmacist Consultations
The pharmacist is available to answer any questions regarding medications, vaccines, or OTC products. Consultations are complimentary; there is no charge for asking questions.
Over-the-Counter Medication
Whether you require remedies for common ailments such as headaches, colds, allergies, or digestive issues, we have a variety of products available.

FAQ's
Yes, we happily accept prescriptions from outside providers! Please check with us first to make sure we carry the medication before sending your prescription to our pharmacy.
The primary difference between generic and brand-name medications is the cost.
At this time, we do not accept prescription insurance cards. However, we do strive to keep both our prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medication costs low for our students.
We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, checks, debit cards, and contactless forms of payment (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc).
Currently enrolled students. Faculty and staff are welcome to purchase over-the-counter medications.

Welcome Back Coyotes! I would like to introduce myself as your new Pharmacist at the Student Health Center. My name is Dr. Abigail Perez Arguijo, PharmD and I am thrilled to join the CSUSB family. I look forward to serving our campus and community as well as supporting our students with their health needs while achieving their educational pursuits.
