Public Transparency

Introduction

Commencing January 1, 2020, local law enforcement agencies are required to conspicuously post our policies, procedures and training material on our website that would otherwise be available to the public if a public information request was made pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Source: Senate Bill 978).

The CSUSB Police Department Policy, Procedures and Training are subject to updates based on changes in State or Federal laws and/or best practices. As changes occur, the updated document(s) will be posted on our webpage.  Draft Policy, Procedures and Training updates are subject to extensive review prior to adoption.  While in draft form, the information is not available for review.
