Common concerns discussed are confusion, anxiety, shyness, illness or death of a family member or friend, and balancing academics and social needs. Schedule a session, sign up for a group, or attend a workshop.
The Speaking Center at JHBC
The Speaking Center helps with organization, topic ideas, the structure of a speech, quality sourcing, and content. As experts, we will also be able to help with speaking anxiety and provide strategies to learn to cope and manage speaking apprehension.

Located in University Hall, the Learning Center provides a variety of free academic support programs for CSUSB students. These include tutoring for many undergraduate courses, the use of computers (IBM and Macintosh) with pay printing, and general study aids.
