Access Granting Trainings
All Computer Information Access (CIA) components require a CIA form to be submitted. Each component access requires the Data Security & FERPA Training at a minimum. This training is automatically assigned to all employees (including staff, faculty, and student assistants) via CSULearn approximately 3-4 days from their start date.
Many components require additional trainings. A list of additional trainings can be found below. If you do not see the training you need, please contact ITS Training Services at ITSTrainingServices@csusb.edu for registration information or any additional questions.
