CHRS Wave 3 Timeline
CSUSB is a part of the CHRS wave 3 implementation along with other CSUs. The timeline for implementation is as follows:
Testing Pass C (January - March 2025)
- Final campus end-to-end test to validate fixes
- Go/No-Go for Move to Production
Move to Production (March 19 - 28, 2025)
- Official system go live
- Key dates:
- March 3: All time entry due for February 2025
- March 5: Access to time entry removed
- March 6: Approvals for time entry due
- March 7:
- Last day for new hires to start or any job-related transactions to be processed before CHRS
- Last day for employees to complete benefits transactions using the Benefits Worksheet in Peoplesoft
- March 19: PeopleSoft HR access removed at 3:00 pm
- March 19: PeopleSoft HR shut down at 5:00 pm
- March 21: PeopleSoft CS Scheduled Jobs stopped at 3:00pm
- March 21: PeopleSoft CS goes offline at 5:00 pm - Faculty Center, Student Center, PAWS, Class Schedule will be unavailable
- March 22: PeopleSoft CS comes back online approximately 11:00am
- March 23: PeopleSoft HR module SME testing and validation
- March 24: CHRS goes live
- March 24 - March 28: State Side Student Employee Self-Service time entry
- April 7: CHRS eBenefits goes live
Stabilization (March - September 2025)
- Ongoing monitoring of system functionality
- Campus User Trainings
