Research Development Intramural Grants
The purpose of the intramural grant programs is to support faculty in their research, scholarship, and creative activity which will ultimately lead to their professional growth and to the enhancement of the student educational experience.
These programs are administered by the Office of Research Development and they include:
- Summer Research Fellowships: Summer Research Fellowship grants consist of a summer stipend that must represent a minimum of 120 hours of activity at a flat rate of $3,000. Alternatively, faculty may request that the funds be used for professional development (travel, supplies, student assistant, etc.). A proposed project shall not duplicate any other project already funded from any other source within the university.
- Summer Fellowship Deadline: Applicants currently closed, will reopen in Fall 2025.
- Mini-Grants: up to $7,100 for travel, supplies, student assistants or assigned time in the amount of $7,465.
