About the Womxn’s Leadership Conference
The CSUSB Womxn’s Leadership Conference is an annual conference that has been hosted since 2015. The goal of the Womxn’s Leadership Conference (WLC) is to help all of those who identify as womxn- students, staff, and faculty become stronger leaders in their personal, organizational and community spheres of influence; inspiring them to create a more accepting, equitable environment for themselves and other womxn; and empowering them to embrace their authentic selves.
Call for Programs
Interested in facilitating a concurrent session at the Womxn's Leadership Conference? We invite students, staff, faculty, and off-campus partners to submit a program proposal. Share your story and skills with other womxn leaders at CSUSB!
Learning Outcomes
- Individuals that attend the WLC will recall two ways they were empowered to utilize their voices in personal and professional settings.
- Faculty and staff that attend the WLC will learn how to support individuals that identify as womxn through their work on campus in at least three new ways.
- Individuals will be able to identify at least one personal bias they would like to challenge as a result of attending the WLC.
- Individuals that attend the WLC will identify four issues concerning global diversity in the workplace and limitations that set obstacles for women to occupy leadership roles by attending the WLC.
