Zoom Webinar Technical Support
The Multimedia and Immersive Technology Department at CSUSB provides robust support for Zoom Webinars, which is ideal for departments planning large virtual events. Tools like break-out rooms and waiting rooms for guests to be prepped privately before entering the main session, enhance the professionalism of the event. The platform also includes moderation options for audience engagement, allowing a designated moderator to manage and respond to attendee questions. This setup ensures a smooth and controlled experience, whether for academic presentations, large-scale meetings, or interactive seminars.
For departments needing technical assistance, the department encourages submitting a Media Request Form to guarantee a high-quality, professionally managed webinar for all attendees.
