CSUSB Women’s and Men’s soccer teams will play exhibition games in the Coachella Valley on Aug. 23 and Aug. 31.

The games will take place in Palm Desert and offer local fans a unique opportunity to engage with their favorite collegiate athletes up close. The games are free, and tickets are not required.

CSUSB alumna Abi Carter performed at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert on July 27. Her concert, “No Amount of Dark,” showcased Carter’s undeniable musical talent and featured her singles, in addition to covers of well-known country, rock and pop songs.

Alumna Abi Carter, ’23 captivated the Acricure Arena audience on July 27 with a concert aptly named “No Amount of Dark.” It showcased Carter's diverse musical talent, ranging from country songs to soulful ballads and included a performance featuring her newly released single, “Peppermint Sky.”

Geoffrey Demke, who lives in Indio, received a bachelor of arts degree in history at this year’s CSUSB College of Social and Behavioral Sciences Commencement ceremony, which took place on May 17 at the Toyota Arena in Ontario.
