CSUSB student Jalonis Taylor’s journey from uncertainty to success as a first-generation college student is a story of resilience and determination. A part of the First-Generation College Celebration on Nov. 8, his experience at Cal State San Bernardino shines a light on the unique challenges and triumphs that students face. Taylor’s story is a reminder that with support and perseverance, students can achieve their dreams.
CSUSB’s Department of Theatre Arts will be holding auditions for two upcoming productions: William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” and “Mariposa/Butterfly” by Sandra Fenichel Asher and José Casas on Sept. 4 and 5, with callbacks on Sept. 6. Auditions will take place at CSUSB’s Performing Arts Building.

“Pippin” tells the story of a young prince who dreams of taking the throne from his father, King Charlamagne the Great. The musical will be on stage on April 26-28 and May 2-5 at CSUSB's Ronald E. Barnes Theatre.
