If you are an outstanding CSBS student, you may have what it takes to be a statistics tutor.
Qualified applicants will have:
- Senior or Graduate Student Classification
- A major within the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences
- An Overall GPA of 3.50 or higher
- Knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
- Knowledge of data analysis programs (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R, LISREL, and Excel)
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills
Tutoring positions pay $16/hour for undergraduates and $18/hour for graduate students. Students may work up to 20 hours/week. Preference will be given to applicants who can work 10 hours or more per week.
