Summer 2025 class registration opens on April 25

Registration Information

Instructor and Department chair approvals/signatures will only be required if: 1) the class is full, 2) the student does not meet the prerequisite requirements, or 3) the course is a graduate-level course.

Approval signatures from the Instructor, Department chair, & Dean of Graduate Studies are required for all 6000-level courses.

During the summer term, only fourteen (14) max units will be allowed, with seven (7) max units per session for undergraduates and graduates.

First-day payment and registration forms will be accepted. 

Friday, May 9

Last day to pay and register without a $25 late fee per class. 

Friday, May 30

Last day to withdrawal from all classes and receive a 100% refund (minus a $25 administrative fee) for 10W and 5W1. 

Monday, June 02

First day of classes for 10W and 5W1.

Thursday, June 5

Census - Final day to register and pay for 5W1; Last day for students to drop without a record.  

Thursday, June 12

Census - Final day to register and pay for 10W; Last day for students to drop without a record.  

Monday,  July 7

Last day to withdrawal from all classes and receive a 100% refund (minus a $25 administrative fee) for 5W2.

Tuesday, July 8

First day of classes for 5W2.

Monday, July 14

Census - Final day to register and pay for 5W2; Last day for students to drop without a record.  

*No refunds will be issued on the first day of classes.* A $25 administrative fee is charged for all drops, swaps, and refunds.
