The Free College Promise is an opportunity that provides free college tuition and other resources.
The Free College Promise will pay your full tuition so you can be a full-time student for 2 years at Crafton Hills College or San Bernardino Valley College.
Due to COVID-19 Budget cuts, we are not accepting applications for Promise Program students for future cohorts.
