2021-22 Giving Tuesday Expendable Scholarship Recipients
Stephanie Patrick
Thank you for supporting my educational journey at CSUSB for the 2021-2022 school year. It was a relief and honor to receive the Giving Tuesday Expendable Scholarship to help offset the multiple expenses of becoming an educator.
I look forward to the new opportunities that my education will present to serve others. With the completion of the Multiple Subjects Credential Program in May 2021, I plan to proceed with a graduate degree in education. In Fall 2021, I plan to begin working on my master's degree in Instructional Technology. I look forward to advancing my skills to assist in supporting the education system and its stakeholders.
Your financial support has encouraged my advancement in education. I can proceed with my education with less stress of financial burden and fewer student loans. Thank you for your generosity. Your financial gift is assisting in my growth as an educator from California State University, San Bernardino, as well as the students and community that my education will impact.
Sincerely, Stephanie Patrick

I am honored to be a recipient of the 2021/2022 Giving Tuesday Expendable Scholarship at California State University, San Bernardino, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support to students who need it most.
I am a graduate student majoring in Business Management, and I hope to one day use the tools and knowledge I have gained here at CSUSB and get a job managing a business and develop my skills. I would then like to start my own business. On Saturdays and during my off time, I volunteer at two locations, a food and clothing distribution with Young Visionaries and the church I attend, The Way World Outreach. Helping my community is something that I enjoy.
I cannot express my gratitude enough, and I want you to know that your generous support will see me achieve my dreams.
Sincerely, Sahmae Jackson

My sincere gratitude to you for making the Giving Tuesday Expendable Scholarship for the 2021-2022 academic year possible. I was thrilled to learn of my selection, and I am so honored and deeply appreciative of your support.
I am a Liberal Studies Major, and I plan to graduate in the Fall of 2021. I will be graduating a semester earlier than planned, and I anticipate starting a master's and multi-subject credential program in January 2022. I am a mom of two little girls who I strive to make proud of; I was so excited to share this honor with them, and we are all forever grateful for your support. Your generosity affects my entire family as it allows me to accomplish my goals. I am so excited to continue my journey to becoming an elementary school teacher. I will strive to be an unforgettable educator who will deeply love my students and community. My heart is in education, and this scholarship is the biggest blessing in helping me reach my goal with less financial stress.
