Facts & Figures: SAIL Students Excel!
Students who choose to join SAIL are proactive! They seek every possible opportunity to enhance their success, and their effort and commitment are reflected in their achievement:
- SAIL’s persistence rate (fall 2021 to fall 2022) was 96%.
- 64% of SAIL’s active students qualified for the program’s Spring Semester 2023 Honor Roll by having earned a quarter grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher. (40 students had a GPA of 4.0.)
- At the end of Spring Semester 2023, 65% of SAIL’s participants had achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above for all coursework undertaken in college, and the average cumulative GPA was 3.12.
- Each year, SAIL achievers are honored at the program's Student Recognition Reception held in May. The SAIL staff is proud to showcase their many accomplishments.
