Bio

Dr. Howlader is a Lecturer at the California State University, San Bernardino. Also, he is a Data Scientist at the California Air Resources Board, Riverside (major works: Software Development (desktop and web app) and Machine Learning application developments). Previously, he was a Research Scientist (2018 to 2020) at the University of California, Riverside (major: Machine Learning), and a Research Scholar (2015 to 2018) at the University of Hawaii, Manoa (major: Machine Learning). He completed his undergraduate in Computer Science and Engineering (major: Software engineering) in 2005, his Master’s in Electrical Engineering (major: Data Science, Optimization) in 2010, and his Doctorate in Electrical Engineering (major: Data Science, Optimization) in 2013. In addition, he was a Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Postdoctoral Research Fellow from 2013 to 2015. He has over ten years of experience in developing software for various domains. He has published over 90 journals and conferences paper in different research areas. Also, Dr. Howlader received serval awards for his outstanding academic and research achievements.
