Jack Brown Hall houses the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration (JHBC). The JHBC sustains the LTC with resources, faculty support, and a curriculum that prepares students to lead the transportation industry and business sector. William E. and Barbara Leonard, San Bernardino business owners and philanthropists, also provided invaluable support to the Leonard Transportation Center, CSUSB, and the Inland Empire.
