Professional Development Series for California Counselor Licensure
The Institute for Research, Assessment and Professional Development proudly announces our Professional Development Series for California Counselor Licensure.

- NRCA will offer the following coursework:
- Human Sexuality, 10 CE
- Alcoholism and Chemical Substance Abuse 15 CE
- Spousal or Partner Abuse Assessment 15 CE
- Child Abuse Assessment 7 CE
- California Law and Professional Ethics 18 CE
- Aging and Long Term Care 10 CE
- Crisis or Trauma Counseling 15 CE
Workshop Fees are $7.00 per CEU unit for members and non-members of NRCA.
Wireless Access will be available for laptops in the classroom.
There is a $70.00 fee for NRCA membership for non-members. Membership provides up-to-date information in Rehabilitation counseling, the Journal of Applied Rehabilitation Counseling and opportunities for CRC /CEU for a nominal fee. (This is a one-time fee)
CRC /CEU will be issued to Certified Rehabilitation Counselors
All workshops will be held at the Institute for Research, Assessment and Professional Development located at the College of Education at California State University of San Bernardino, San Bernardino, CA,
There is a $5.00 parking fee that can be paid at the Kiosk located at the College of Education parking lot. Credit card or money is accepted as forms of payment for parking. Lunch can be purchased at the San Manuel Union Hall.
If accommodations are needed please contact Esther Carcamo estherwpc@gmail.com four weeks before the workshop begins and include type of accommodation required. Accommodations cannot be provided if request is received in less than three week in advance.
Payment is made through Pay Pal. Payments will be accepted two weeks prior to the start of a workshop. If you are unable to attend both days of a workshop you will be able to register again for the same workshop that will be provided within six months and will be required to pay the full fee. **Refunds and transfers are not available once you register.
