Michael German, a Fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice’s Liberty & National Security Program, and Arie Perliger, professor and director of security studies at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, will engage in a conversation with Brian Levin, director of CSUSB’s Center for the Study of Hate and Extremism. David Pimentel, a professor of law at the University of Idaho’s College of Law, will present “Civil Forfeiture: How Is This Still a Thing?” at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26. The program, free and open to the public, will take place on Zoom.
