
Cal State San Bernardino is hosting 21 international students for the Global Summer Entrepreneurship Summit from July 7-20. The two-week program, led by faculty from CSUSB's School of Entrepreneurship, features a curriculum designed to provide a robust understanding of entrepreneurship while fostering creativity and innovation.

On May 24, a grand opening ceremony took place in Temecula for The Tech Steam Center, the second technology education center opened by Kids That Code Inc., which is spearheaded by CSUSB MBA alumni and entrepreneurs, Jose Navarrete Cruz and Alfonso Anaya, Jr.

Matthew Habich, a lecturer in the Jack H. Brown College (JHBC) of Business and Public Administration, was also honored for his contributions to the JHBC Public Speaking Center, where he serves as the co-director, and the positive impact it has had on CSUSB students.

Three teams of business students (two undergraduate and one graduate) from CSUSB competed and won five awards at the 2024 International Collegiate Business Strategy Competition, which included nearly 30 teams from universities across the nation and Canada.

For the first time, the university was ranked No. 86 among the nation’s Best Education Schools on U.S. News & World Report’s Best Graduate Schools ranking. The MBA program also was recognized internationally by CEO Magazine and nationally by U.S. News.

The Office of Academic Equity at CSUSB’s Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration has been awarded the 2024 Inspiring Programs in Business Award from “Insight Into Diversity” magazine. This recognition is given to institutions that actively support and guide underrepresented students towards careers in business.

CSUSB’s criminal justice and MBA online programs continue to be ranked among the top programs in the nation by the highly regarded U.S. News & World Report.

The grand opening of the Entrepreneurial Resource Center, a collaboration between CSUSB’s Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship, the Riverside County Office of Economic Development and the city of Temecula, takes place on Jan. 24 from 3-5 p.m.

The partnership leverages CSUSB’s renowned expertise in entrepreneurship education and innovation alongside the city’s commitment to cultivating a thriving business environment.
