“Let 2024-25 be the year of re-engagement with our students so that we can build student success. This must be the focus of all who work on this campus, regardless of what position you hold or what area of responsibility you cover,” CSUSB President Tomás D. Morales said.
David Dufault-Hunter has been appointed as the inaugural vice president of the new division of Strategic Enrollment Management and Marketing at Cal State San Bernardino.
As the program director, Veronica Guzman said it’s critical to find student fellows who are passionate about serving their communities.
Students admitted to Cal State San Bernardino for the Fall 2024 semester were able to see first-hand with their families the programs and services the university has to offer during Choose CSUSB Day on April 13. They also were given the opportunity to commit to attending CSUSB in the fall.
The agreement, the first of its kind, will provide a pathway for Rialto Unified School District students to fulfill admissions requirements at Cal State San Bernardino, which will allow them to enroll and earn their bachelor’s degrees and teaching credentials, and return to their home district as teachers.
CSUSB and CEEM cooperative members met to discuss ways to enhance the African American experience at the university including increasing enrollment and retaining students.
Registration is now open for CSUSB’s Winter Intersession. Courses run from Dec. 17-Jan. 19 to help students who want to accelerate their progress toward graduation.
