Forbes annually lists the top 650 colleges and universities in the country, measuring the top 15 percent of all U.S. undergraduate institutions.
The university is one of the best colleges in the West, according to The Princeton Review. The ranking marks the 16th year CSUSB has been listed by the prestigious education services company in its "2020 Best Colleges: Region by Region."
The three-day conference will be led by current COMPA president Marc Fudge, an associate professor of public administration at the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration at CSUSB.
The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation will give a grant to local California State Universities, including CSUSB, to establish the Mellon Mays Undergraduate Fellowship (MMUF) program.
