Groundbreaking ceremony for CSUSB’s Center for Global Innovation signals formal start of the new building’s construction

The Center for Global Innovation, which was unanimously approved by the CSU Board of Trustees and is expected to open by fall 2019, will be home to the College of Extended Learning, including all international student programs.

Cal State San Bernardino held a “topping out” ceremony on Aug. 2, to celebrate the installation of the last beam on the new three-story Center for Global Innovation (CGI) building, which is set to open before fall 2019.
