The Giving Tuesday funds donated by more than 600 people across the nation will directly benefit CSUSB student scholarships, essential resources and impactful programs.
Cal State San Bernardino will hold its university-wide Giving Tuesday campaign on Dec. 3. This event, celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving in the U.S., raises funds to support student scholarships and programs.
The funds raised surpassed the 2022 Giving Tuesday campaign, and will go toward student scholarships and programs.
The annual Giving Tuesday campaign is set for Nov 28. Donors can help support scholarships and programs, such as the CSBS Student Success Center, at the CSUSB Giving Tuesday website.
Petroleum Experts Limited donated the MOVE software suite, the preeminent software used by industry and academia globally for structural analysis and modeling at local and regional scales, for student research and education.
The funds will support the CSUSB and PDC Obershaw DEN pantries, scholarships, geology field work, athletics, the libraries and much more.
Gifts of any amount help support scholarships and programs, such as the Obershaw DEN Food Pantry. Donors do not have to wait until Giving Tuesday on Nov. 29 to donate and can make a contribution today at the CSUSB Giving Tuesday website.
The gift from the Desert Community Foundation will allow the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute to continue providing classes, travel and special interest events to the community’s senior population.
