Coyote Advertising, the student-run advertising program at Cal State San Bernardino, continued its tradition of excellence when it earned a Silver Award at the recent American Advertising Federation’s ‘ADDY’ Awards Gala, held at the Life Arts Center in Riverside.

Isaac Abraham, Aaron Santos and Christopher Xavier were honored at the March 21 gala for their campaign entry, “Coyote Radio Lunchtime Live,” in the Television Advertising Campaign category. The videos chronicle the free monthly concert series, which feature local bands whose music is played on CSUSB’s Coyote Radio during the fall and spring semesters.

The ADDY Awards are given in recognition of the Inland Empire’s best creative advertising at the college and professional levels. Coyote Advertising, under the leadership of unit manager Kelli Cluque, competed in categories entered by 14 local universities and colleges.

Coyote Advertising has entered the competition since 2011 and has consistently won trophies for its students’ projects.
