California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB) and Seoul Cyber University (SCU), based in the Republic of Korea, have signed an articulation agreement to launch a 2+2 Online Bachelor of Arts in Administration program. This collaboration marks an important milestone in enhancing global education and providing accessible, high-quality academic opportunities for students in South Korea.

The agreement allows students from SCU to complete their first two years of study in South Korea and transfer to CSUSB to complete the remaining two years online, earning a bachelor of arts in administration from CSUSB. This joint effort will strengthen international academic ties and support the growing demand for flexible, online learning opportunities.

“This agreement reflects our commitment to expanding international academic opportunities and building global partnerships,” said CSUSB President Tomás D. Morales. “By collaborating with Seoul Cyber University, we are opening our virtual doors to students in South Korea to benefit from the expertise and quality of education that CSUSB offers. We look forward to welcoming SCU students into our Online Bachelor of Arts in Administration program and empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed for success in a rapidly changing world."

SCU President Eunjoo Lee also emphasized the importance of the agreement. "Our partnership with California State University, San Bernardino, represents a significant step toward providing our students with a unique opportunity to pursue an internationally recognized degree,” she said. “Through this program, students will gain not only academic expertise but also a global perspective, which is crucial in today's interconnected business environment."

CSUSB’s Online BA in Administration, offered through the College of Extended and Global Education and the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration, is designed to prepare students to be responsible management professionals in a globally connected world. Students gain specific knowledge and skills within the business and public administration discipline, and build capabilities in communication, problem solving with information technology and ethical reasoning within a global context. Currently, the College of Extended and Global Education’s BA in Administration offers concentrations in entrepreneurship, management and supply chain management.

The 2+2 program will focus on equipping students with the administrative, analytical and leadership skills necessary to thrive in diverse industries. The collaboration will also strengthen ties between South Korean and American educational institutions, fostering cross-cultural exchange and understanding.
