EOP Renaissance Scholars Program
Cal State San Bernardino's Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) established in 2003 the Renaissance Scholars Program component. EOP committed to formalizing and providing specialized comprehensive student support services to current and former foster youth as they transition into the university and through to graduation. The success of Renaissance Scholars is a result of services provided by EOP's collaborative efforts with various community partners and CSUSB departments.
About the Event
Join us to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the EOP Renaissance Scholars Program. Proceeds from this fundraising event will support foster youth that attend the university with comprehensive student support services and remove any financial barriers they may experience during their pursuit of their college degree. We are excited to have you join us, Thursday, February 1st, 2024 at 4:00pm at Garner Holt Productions, Inc. 1255 Research Drive, Redlands, CA.
Please arrive promptly at 4:00pm to participate in the tours of the Garner Holt Facilities. Parking is free. To learn more about the tour, see the information provided below. You will then have the chance to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and connect with guests and our scholars during the pre-reception. We will then gather to enjoy dinner together as we recognize our initial champions in serving foster youth at CSUSB and hear from our very own alumni foster youth scholars. All guests will receive two books published by our keynote speaker and alumni scholar speaker and have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction where proceeds will support foster youth attending CSUSB.
