Anyone can apply to participate in Educational Talent Search, however 2/3 of our population must be both low-income and first-generation:
- Have parents or legal guardians who did not graduate from a four-year college or university;
- Meet low-income eligibility guidelines as determined by the Federal Office of TRIO Programs in the U.S. Department of Education.
All participants must meet the following criteria:
- Attend one of our target schools;
- Have and maintain a minimum 2.00 GPA;
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States.
