Nomination Instructions
Thank you for your interest in planning a DEI-focused campus event. The programming sub-committee of the DEI Board will release a call for proposals in October. Given the timeline of DEI Board activities, funded events will typically occur in the Spring semester, although the committee may consider reimbursements for events which occurred in the Fall. The call to campus will include the rubric for proposal evaluation and emphasis will be on events that directly align with the University’s Strategic Plan. Typically, award amounts range from $500-$5000, depending on the event scale and relevance to DEI initiatives.
