Dear ASQ Conference Participants and Guests,
I would like to welcome you and your attendees to the Doubletree by Hilton San Bernardino.
The attendee’s block is now set up in the Hilton Worldwide Reservation System. Please advise all of your attendees they can now make reservations as follows:
- Call 1-800-445-8667 and ask for the group rate for the ASQ Conference at the Doubletree by Hilton San Bernardino or use your Group Code of ASQ.
- Book on line at our website at https://www.hilton.com/en/hotels/sbtdtdt-doubletree-san-bernardino/. First insert the dates, then click SPECIAL RATES and under GROUP CODE, add your Group Code of ASQ.
A major credit card must be provided by each individual to secure a reservation. Cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival or a cancellation fee of one night room and tax will be charged. No shows will also be charged one night room and tax.
Each guest must present a valid picture ID and a credit card at check-in for payment of all charges.
Rates will be available until Thursday, March 21, 2024. After this time rooms will be returned to hotel inventory and not available at your special rate.
If they do not use the above reservation method, rates cannot be guaranteed.
