Disruption Plan Phase 5

Dear Campus Community,

Following up on the ongoing construction for the new Student Success Center Project at the Palm Desert Campus.  CW Driver will begin a temporary closure of the Berger Road North bound lane to provide utility connection for the new building for a short duration of (3) days starting from Wednesday, July 29, 2026, to Friday, July 31, 2026.

Construction will advance in multiple phases; project site fencing will be modified as the project progresses, notifications to the campus community will be provided prior to fencing modifications, attached is the disruption plan for this short duration.

Areas affected by Construction:

Berger Road East Lane

Construction fencing shall restrict unauthorized access into the construction site. Please exercise caution when traveling around the construction site and follow all construction signage.

Please reference the project map below. The Disruption Plan highlights pedestrian paths, vehicular paths, and construction fence placement for this Phase. Further construction notices will be shared as the project progresses.
