Disruption Plan Phase 5

Dear Campus Community,

Following up on the ongoing construction for the new Student Success Center Project at the Palm Desert Campus. CW Driver will begin a temporary partial closure of Parking Lot A to start the construction of Palm Canyon Walk that connects the existing buildings on the west of Berger Circle to the new Student Success Center building on the East, from August 14, 2026, to November 27, 2026.

Construction will advance in multiple phases; project site fencing will be modified as the project progresses, notifications to the campus community will be provided prior to fencing modifications, attached is the disruption plan for this short duration.

Construction fencing shall restrict unauthorized access into the construction site. Please exercise caution when traveling around the construction site and follow all construction signage.

Please reference the disruption map. The Disruption Plan highlights pedestrian paths, vehicular paths, and construction fence placement for this Phase. Further construction notices will be shared as the project progresses.
