Cal State San Bernardino's Office of Annual Giving earned two 2026 Circle of Excellence Awards for its creative Giving Tuesday campaign, Detective Cody's Case of the Missing Donation Box, earning international recognition for excellence in fundraising and digital storytelling.

Cal State San Bernardino students are the beneficiaries of an effort by AT&T and HUMAN-I-T to provide 100 refurbished laptops, filling an important technological need. The laptops and backpacks will be made available through CSUSB’s Basic Needs & Student Support department.

Cal State San Bernardino hosted a check presentation ceremony celebrating a $60,000 donation from Stater Bros. Charities to the Obershaw DEN food pantry, which will help ensure CSUSB students have access to the food, supplies and support they need to succeed.

Stater Bros. Charities donated $60,000 to support CSUSB's Obershaw DEN food pantry, expanding access to food and personal hygiene items for students. The gift also strengthens the Athletics Fueling Pantry with high-protein options that support student-athlete wellness and success.

The CSUSB Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign, held April 6-24, raised more than $80,000 from nearly 300 donors, reflecting strong participation driven by events, ambassador outreach and campuswide communications.

Nearly 300 faculty, staff and campus partners joined together to raise more than $80,000 to support student success and essential campus programs. Donations will directly benefit scholarships, food security initiatives, emergency assistance and resources across the San Bernardino and Palm Desert campuses.

The 2026 CSUSB Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign will take place April 6-24. This year’s theme, “Sustaining Legacy, Shaping the Future,” reflects the university’s commitment to honoring past contributions while investing in the next generation.

The Adina Lei Savin and W. Benson Harer Visiting Scholar in Egyptology is made possible through the generous funding of Savin and Harer. The gift to the endowed visiting professorship supports the position for two years and ensures that CSUSB continues to serve as a vibrant center for the study of Ancient Egypt in the Inland Empire.

The Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign featured donut pop-ups, donor luncheons, student-recorded impact stories, and personalized engagement efforts, such as Paw Grams and recognition deliveries.

Cal State San Bernardino celebrated the 20th anniversary of its Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign in April, a tradition of generosity that has raised over $9 million, including 27 planned gifts totaling $2.5 million from current and retired employees.

The 2025 CSUSB Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign will take place April 7-18.
