VPSA Office and DSA Student Ambassadors Celebrate Student Employees

In celebration of National Student Employee Appreciation Week held April 9-15, the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs (VPSA) and Division of Student Affairs (DSA) Student Ambassadors hosted events to recognize student employees at CSUSB. Throughout the week, student assistants had the opportunity to visit the VPSA Office to fill out appreciation cards for their fellow student colleagues. The DSA Student Ambassadors delivered the appreciation cards to the recipients at the end of the week. Students also participated in trivia games and received gift bags as a token of appreciation for their hard work and contributions at CSUSB. More than 325 student employees participated in the festivities during the weeklong celebration. 

On April 13, the VPSA Office and DSA Student Ambassadors hosted a brunch. More than 95 students attended the event. Participants enjoyed free food and drinks, music from Coyote Radio, CSUSB swag, and photo ops with Cody. Check out photos from the day on the Student Affairs Flickr! 

The DSA Student Ambassadors provide the student voice and perspective to the VPSA Office and work with the staff to uphold the campus’ and division’s mission. They each play an integral role in the overall operations in the VPSA Office.
