Bio
Xinying Yin is a professor in science education at California State University-San Bernardino. She teaches in the Single Subject Credential program and MA in STEM Education program. She is also the coordinator for the MA in STEM Education program.
Her research focuses on culturally relevant teaching in pre-service and in-service teacher education, broadening underrepresented student population's STEM participation, and cross-cultural studies in science education.
