Dr. Terezie Tolar-Peterson (Mosby) is a renowned specialist in human nutrition with extensive national and international experience. Previously affiliated with Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS, she held the positions of associate professor of nutrition and director of the Dietetic Internship. Dr. Tolar-Peterson earned her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Public Health from the esteemed 3rd Medical School of Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. She further pursued her academic journey at The University of Memphis, Memphis, TN, where she obtained a Master's Degree in Clinical Nutrition and a Doctorate in Adult Education and Leadership.
Dr. Tolar-Peterson's research focus lies in the domain of global nutrition and food security, addressing crucial issues at the forefront of today's world. Her invaluable contributions to the field have earned her the esteemed status of a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
