Dr. Swartz is a faculty member in the Special Education Program and the Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership Program at California State University, San Bernardino. He is Maestro Honorifico in the Faculty of Human Sciences at the Universidad Autonoma de Baja California. His work focuses on literacy learning for special needs and struggling learners and the inclusion of students with disabilities.
