Dr. Nicole L. Arkadie is an Assistant Professor in the School of Social Work who started at CSUSB in 2015 as an adjunct part-time lecturer. She has worked in Higher Education since 2007 and has worked in the field of Social & Behavioral Sciences for over 20 years. She is a Scholar Practitioner who researches clinical interventions to mitigate negative emotional responses among mental health therapists. Dr. Arkadie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and can practice therapy independently in the State of California.

Bachelor of Sociology Degree from California State University of Long Beach
Master of Social Work Degree
Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with Emphasis in Behavioral Health from Grand Canyon University
